In July 2020, we were invited to contribute a blog post to the Next Tourism Generation, taking a deep dive into the events industry in Ireland and all the building blocks that need to be put in place to transition the sector to a more sustainable, circular model.
The Next Tourism Generation Alliance (NTG) is the first European partnership and alliance for improving a collaborative and productive relationship between education and industry. The NTG Alliance provides employees, employers, entrepreneurs, teachers, trainers and students with a set of Core NTG modules in digital, green and social skills.
We were delighted to contribute our insights around best practice in sustainable event management in this blog and also to call for further supports, to develop the infrastructure needed in Ireland and globally, to transition to sustainable ways of working.
